Magellan is composed entirely of former Owners & C-Suite executives that have learned the hard way what it takes to lead at the top of an organization. Magellan’s Signature Leadership series was designed to address the unique challenges that come with leading at that level.

A one-year program where 15-20 senior executives meet for a two-hour virtual session every other month to learn from and challenge each other, and fine tune their executive skills.
